REGISTRATION (WITHOUT LODGING)

The program fee for the Summer Writers’ Conference is $1075 per week. Registration covers participation in all seminars throughout the week, evening readings, an editing/manuscript consultation with one of the visiting poets or authors. The program fee does not include travel or lodging.

REGISTRATION WITH SINGLE ROOM

MVICW offers lodging in comfortable single rooms at the Vineyard Arts Project on campus where all seminars and readings are held. Each bedroom has a private bath, and linens and towels are provided for all attendees. The VAP also provides residents with shared kitchen spaces and indoor/outdoor seating areas. The cost for registration with single room is $2050 ($1075 registration + $975 single room). PLEASE NOTE: NO SINGLE ROOMS AVAILABLE

REGISTRATION WITH DOUBLE ROOM

MVICW offers shared lodging in comfortable double rooms at the Vineyard Arts Project on campus where all seminars and readings are held. Each shared bedroom has a private bath, and linens and towels are provided for all attendees. The VAP also provides residents with shared kitchen spaces and indoor/outdoor seating areas. The cost for registration with double room is $1850 ($1075 registration + $775 double room).

REGISTRATION WITH TRIPLE ROOM

MVICW offers shared lodging in comfortable triple rooms at the Vineyard Arts Project on campus where all seminars and readings are held. Each shared bedroom has a private bath, and linens and towels are provided for all attendees. The VAP also provides residents with shared kitchen spaces and indoor/outdoor seating areas. The cost for registration with triple room is $1700 ($1075 registration + $625 triple room). PLEASE NOTE: NO WEEEK TWO TRIPLES AVAILABLE

FELLOWSHIP RECIPIENT REGISTRATION

Attendees who have received partial financial assistance through one of our fellowship opportunities can register by paying the remaining balance for tuition/lodging here.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled by April 15th: 100% reimbursement of registration & lodging.

If cancelled by April 25th: 50% reimbursement of registration. Due to limited space, we are only able to refund lodging costs if the room is rebooked by another attendee.

If cancelled by May 10th: 25% reimbursement of registration cost. Due to limited space, we are only able to refund lodging costs if the room is rebooked by another attendee.

*In the case of late cancellation, attendees may apply their non-reimbursed registration amount toward the subsequent year's program (Lodging costs are non-refundable unless the room is filled by another attendee).
