Grant Opportunities
MVICW is committed to providing financial support to writers! Through generous donations, we are able to offer a wide range of full and partial registraiton fellowships to parent-writers, writers of color, educators, and queer-writers every year.
This year we'll also be offering 4 fully-funded registrations to our Virtual Summer Writers' Conference to writers who have been financially affected (and/or emotionally and artistically affected) by the pandemic.

In a year when many in our community have found themselves struggling financially, emotionally, physically, and artistically, MVICW wants to make a difference for writers in need.
If you're a writer affected by the pandemic, we know it's likely been difficult to support your work and dedicate time to your craft. Additionally, we've seen the way the pandemic has disproportionately affected BIPOC writers and the LGBTQ+ community, and we want to reach out to all of you as we announce our very first MVICW Pandemic-Writers Conference Grants.
We're offering 4 fully-funded registrations ($575 each) to our Virtual Summer Writers’ Conference, June 6-13th. For more information, click the apply button above.
